I like to visit Chevys Fairfield right at 11am so I can get the freshest salsa, warmest chips, best possible service, and we did this today. Thank you Manager Gina and staff for an enjoyable lunch we had excellent service, see you next time.

the service was very good and khalani was super sweet to us (sorry if i spelled it wrong) :) i got the frozen strawberry margarita and it was pretty sweet! for food i got the birria tacos and the meat was good but they used flour instead of corn tortilla i think so the taco was a bit different from a usual birria taco BUT it was still good!

I had an amazing experience at Chevy's! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and attentive, making sure I felt welcome. My food came out so fast, and it was fresh and delicious--perfect for my busy day. The customer service really stood out; everyone was polite, professional, and eager to help. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending Chevy's to all my friends!

Taco Tuesday is very affordable at Happy Hour. $3.00 a taco but you also get rice beans and corn tomatillo. With all the fixings too. So one beer and one taco plate is $7.00. With inflation this is amazing. The meat choices are beef birra, carnitas, pollo, Carne Asada. It all tastes delicious!! Manny and Amelia, always the best servers always with a smile and really good service. Oscar, the manager greets us with a smile and is always accommodating.

We came here late night for dinner and we're very pleased. We got sat in the Cantina and Irvin was our server. He was very friendly and attentive. We got our chips and salsa quickly, and then he asked for our order and we got our food quickly afterward. The chips were fresh, the salsa was delicious! I love Chevys salsa but sometimes it's not on point, and here it was. The one thing I really appreciated was they have El Machino here and actually use it!! I've seen some Chevys with El Machino on display, but they don't use it for the tortillas, and just get the tortillas from the kitchen. We got two bags of tortillas and I saw Irvin go over there both times and make them with El Machino and they were delicious as always! So glad we stumbled on this location, would be happy to go back.

It never ceases to amaze me how popular this restaurant is with so many authentic Mexican restaurants around! I'll give it to them because they do have the best watermelon margaritas and their chips and salsa are refreshing and yummy! So glad they have a nice happy hour! I miss the old school tortilla machine being out front though!

Our server Manual was great! We sat in the bar area because there's happy hour for the second half of the day, everyday! Music was popping. It was a bit loud but enjoyable. A lot of tvs to entertain my kids and my husband and his sports. My favorite was the chip and salsa and drinks. The rest of the food was ok. Nothing I had to come back for. However the happy hour specials were worth it!
